Charming and relaxing hotel, I appreciated its beachfront location close enough to restaurant strip, a lovely restaurant in Lamai, and the beach. Got twin room with bathtubs even in the cheapest houses, single beds, for example as expected. The whole experience was really lovely, nothing to complain about, recommend.
There was nothing I didn't like!

The location benefits from a peaceful distance from the bustling nightlife, perfect for those who appreciate a quieter stay. The Basic Bungalow option provides a solid, no-frills budget accommodation experience for solo travelers.
The resort shows signs of wear and tear. Many areas, including the beach bar and restaurant, are in a disappointing state of disrepair and remain closed. The overall condition of the rooms feels outdated, with weak A/C systems and showers delivering barely any water pressure. It also lacks practical features like safety boxes, a concerning oversight for security.

The whole place is just beautiful. It's like being in a jungle paradise! I loved kicking back at the pool that led straight to the beach, and every morning, the birds singing woke me up, so peaceful and amazing!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

The hotel staff are efficient and helpful. They speak basic english (language continues to be a problem in Thailand). The hotel has basic services. Internet is available for a small price and is good. They also provide motorcycles for rent which is extremely useful when the hotel does so since you need to pick it up and return it back at the hotel instead of a further away location. It has a basic restaurant, I did not try it. The room is cleaned and the sheets are changed daily. The airconditioning is comfortable and chills you pretty decently. Lights and fixtures work, plus a minibar exists with the TV for entertainment as well as to keep your drinks and beer cold. The only downside is the rooms are very old and run down. The floor creaks every time you walk on it. The bathroom door was rotten and had holes in it at the bottom. However the hotel staff clean it and ensure it is spic and span. The hotel room was extremely VFM. We chose it for that reason itself. Location was good, it is slightly away from the Lamai market, hence nice and peaceful, however you can ride your bike to lamai in case you need some piece of the action.
The rooms are old and run down. However the staff try to make the best of it and have kept the rooms clean and nice. There is a fine balance between cost and quality and it's upto the guest to determine whether he wants to spend for a more modern hotel or can make do with bill resorts which offers good vfm. You can get either and not both.

The garden view room was a lovely touch, with tranquility from nature surrounding the hotel. Enjoyed trying the Welsh pastries. Some buildings were noticeably run down, and the restaurant was closed, limiting dining options. Water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, common in jungle-style accommodations, yet this impacted the overall convenience.

Crazy drunk people at night who disturbed sleep. Make sure to get a room near normal vacationers. Rooms are worth 20 euros per night, unless directly at beach but there are only 2 or 3
Noise of drunk people at night.

The location was peaceful. The staff was helpful, assisting us with boat trips . The bungalow offered a charming, traditional Thai experience that felt authentic.
Some areas, including the beach bar, were disappointing as they were in disrepair.

Pool. Plenty off cleans towels on the room. Free drinking water. Close to the beach. Friendly staff-
Uncomfortable mattresses instedad of beds. Too many big insects in the room. Too slow internet at the computer at the reception.
